CONDITIONS OF USE
These terms and conditions regulate your use of the Pandora Wedding and Christening Specialists online store. By placing an order through us you acknowledge to agree that you are bound by our terms. If you disagree to be bound by these terms then please do not use our online store.
HOW YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED
Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched within 7 working days via Australia Post/Fastways and should be received within 7 working days from date ordered. Overseas customers, please allow 14 working days. These delivery times are just a guideline and Australia Post delivery timeframes are totally out of our control. Fastways can be tracked from the minute it leaves our premises from their online tracking system. Please refer to the email you receive from them once your order is shipped.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
When you place an order with Pandora Wedding and Christening Specialists you are required to provide a valid e-mail address which we will communicate with you, if needed regarding the order. In the unlikely event we cannot supply your order then we will notify you via e-mail and a full refund will be processed immediately.

It is the responsibility of the customers to inform Pandora Wedding and Christening Specialists if an order does not arrive. Once we determine your order has not arrived we will lodge an enquiry. If you have chosen to ship with Fastways then you are able to track online with your con note number. Pandora Wedding and Christening Specialists will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit a replacement item will not be dispatched until a full investigation has been completed.

RETURNS POLICY
As per our store policy we Do Not Refund however, we do exchange or issue a credit which is valid for 12 months.
All exchanges and returns must be completed within 7 days of the invoice date.
We will gladly exchange if you return your unused item/s in their original condition. Any request for refunds or exchanges must be made by telephone (03) 9569 9407 or email info_pandoradesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your items.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn). Discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
All customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. If the item needs to be exchanged, customers are responsible for returning original item to us, and once received, exchanged item will be sent back.
Please include the returns/exchanges slip provided. Please be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment, as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost en route to our store.
To return any items please e-mail us at info_pandoradesigns.com.au. Please advise if you would like to exchange or receive a credit. If you wish to exchange please advise what you would like so we can put the item/s on hold for you (if available). If there are additional monies to be paid from the exchange then this can also be arranged via e-mail.

via Australia Post at your own expense. We strongly recommend sending your order back via Australia Post Express as you then have a tracking number with which to track your parcel should it not be delivered. Regular mail cannot be tracked.
Return postage on International Orders must be pre paid by the customer. Pandora Wedding and Christening Specialists cannot pay return postage on overseas orders.
All returns must be sent back in brand new condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. All returns are checked and quality controlled before the exchange or credit is completed.
If any items have been worn or damaged then Pandora Wedding and Christening Specialists reserves the right to return the item back to you with no exchange or credit issued.
Please allow two weeks for all exchanges to be completed. Credit notes will be issued within 48 hours of us receiving your parcel.

Online Credit Card payments are accepted using Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We use Paypal. Pandora Wedding and Christening Specialists are never in possession of your details and do not have access to your credit card details.
DIRECT DEPOSIT
You may also pay by Direct Deposit by selecting the appropriate payment option during the checkout process. Our account details are: Jamemcon Pty Ltd, ANZ, BSB 013437, AC 314319567. Please ENSURE you put your order ID and or name on the transaction description. To speed up the process feel free to e-mail your receipt to info_pandoradesigns.com.au and providing we can clearly see our account numbers on the receipt we will send your order straight out.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse our store and add any item/s to your cart you wish to purchase. Then select the Checkout Box. You will then be taken to the View Cart Page to review your order and edit if necessary. From there you will need to enter your shipping details, you can choose to Register as a customer for next time or go through the Guest Checkout. It is essential to provide a valid e-mail address so we can communicate with you regarding your order. You will then be taken to the shipping and payment page. Select the appropriate shipping and payment method. You will then select the Complete Your Order button and your order will be processed from there.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please contact us to organise shipping arrangements.
WHOLESALE

We wholesale on a COD basis with freight payable by the customer.
